Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
Saute onion, oregano, garlic powder and parsley flakes until onion is tender.
Mix in softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Fill mushroom caps; arrange on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 15 minutes or until brown.
Serve warm.
