Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with mushrooms, 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/3 c. cooking sherry and 1 tbsp. basil leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Clean and remove stems and slice a thin slice off the bottom of cap.
Chop stems and saute in butter.
Add the bread crumbs, cooking sherry, basil, parsley, walnuts and cheese.
Stuff mushroom caps and bake for 20 minutes at 350Β° or until mushrooms are soft.
