Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. large mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1 can crab, drained and 1/4 tsp. pressed garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and drain mushrooms.
Remove stems.
Chop stems.
Melt butter and saute onion 5 minutes.
Add crab, garlic and mushroom stems.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients.
Stir in broth last.
Stuff mushrooms.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 minutes.
