Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 small green pepper, 1 small onion and 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Chop pepper, onion and stems finely.
Saute in butter until tender.
Fill mushroom caps, then sprinkle with cheese.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
