Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 16 large fresh mushrooms, 1/4 lb. pork sausage, 1/4 c. fine bread crumbs, 1 c. sour cream and 1/8 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Wash and remove stems from mushrooms.
Place caps in greased shallow baking pan.
Brown sausage; remove.
Saute mushroom stems (chopped) and onion in drippings; drain.
Combine remaining ingredients.
