Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh mushrooms, 4 small green onions, chopped, 8 slices bread, cubed, 1 egg, beaten and 1 tsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove stems from mushrooms; chop finely.
In a skillet, saute mushroom stems and onions in a small amount of butter.
Add bread cubes, garlic salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; toss. Stir in beaten egg.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Spray a glass pie plate with Pam.
Microwave for 8 minutes.
Turn; cook until mushrooms are done.
