Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh, large mushrooms, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1/2 c. butter, 1 small box stove top stuffing mix (your choice) and 1/4 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Rinse and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems.
Chop stems and any caps that are broken.
Saute onions in butter.
Add chopped mushrooms and pieces.
Cook until soft.
Add cream and salt and pepper to taste.
Add Stove Top stuffing from the box.
Add about 1/2 of the box, more or less depending on the size of the mushrooms.
Cook until thick.
