Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with white mushrooms, ritz crackers, oregano, basil and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Hollow out mushrooms; dip in melted butter.
Place in shallow pan.
Chop up mushroom pieces left and broccoli/cauliflower pieces.
Set aside.
Crumble up a dozen Ritz crackers.
Add basil, pepper, oregano and garlic powder to taste.
Mix well; add chopped vegetables and mix again.
Add rest of melted butter and mix until all is moist.
Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 minutes.
Remove; top with your favorite cheese and continue baking until cheese melts.
