Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 containers mushrooms, 1 c. chopped green peppers, 1/2 c. butter, 2 oz. crumbled blue cheese and 1 c. ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Take stems out of mushrooms.
Cut up mushroom stems and peppers. Melt butter in pan and saute stems and peppers.
Take off heat and mix cheese into the saute pan.
Mix in same pan 4 tablespoons of crackers and stuff the caps.
Sprinkle rest of crackers over top of the stuffed mushrooms.
Bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
