Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, 1 c. progresso bread crumbs, 1/2 slab swiss cheese, grated, 1/4 c. butter, melted and 2 tbsp. fresh minced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
Cut half the stems into little pieces (I use my Oscar).
Mix bread crumbs, Swiss cheese, butter, onions and salt.
Stuff mushrooms.
Broil 5 to 8 minutes and enjoy! Yields 24 appetizers.
