Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. fresh mushrooms, 2 slices bread (in crumbs), 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. onion, chopped and 1 tsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Tear bread into crumbs; place in saucepan.
Add butter, onion and soy sauce; mix well over low heat.
Pull stems off mushrooms and scoop out or hollow the mushrooms.
Cut mushroom stems in pieces and add to mix.
Cook 2 minutes on low heat.
Spoon mix into mushroom caps and bake at 400Β° for 5 minutes in a shallow dish, then place in broiler for 3 minutes, until toasted.
Serve warm.
