Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 20 medium mushrooms (fresh), 1/3 c. crushed bread crumbs, 1 lb. ground sausage and parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Wash and cap mushrooms.
Use stems for another sauce or gravy; you do not use them.
Stuff the caps with the ground sausage. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, then the cheese.
Place in middle of oven and broil for 10 to 15 minutes, until meat is brown.
Serve warm.
