Stuffed Manicotti
Stuffed Manicotti is an moderately easy dinner. In a large saucepan, brown sausage; drain.
Remove 1/2 of the sausage and set aside.
Stir tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and brown sugar into sausage; simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine remaining sausage, Ricotta, 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, egg and parsley.
