Stuffed Jumbo Shells
Stuffed Jumbo Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. large pasta shells, 2 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook shells according to package directions and drain. Separate or they will stick together.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Put your favorite spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a pan.
Squeeze the shells lightly and they will open for easy filling.
