Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large peppers, 5 c. boiling salted water, 1 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook peppers in boiling water (salted) 5 minutes; drain.
Cook beef and onion; drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Add 1 cup of tomato sauce
Heat through.
Stuff peppers with meat mixture.
Place peppers upright in ungreased baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over peppers.
Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
