Stuffed Green Peppers
Stuffed Green Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. rice-a-roni (beef-flavored), 6 medium green peppers and 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove seeds and membrane from peppers and cook peppers in boiling water for 15 to 18 minutes, almost tender.
While peppers are cooking, cook Rice-A-Roni according to package directions. Take peppers and place in casserole dish with a small amount of water.
Spoon Rice-A-Roni into peppers and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
