Stuffed Crabs
Stuffed Crabs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 medium onions, finely chopped, 8 scallions, chopped, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. breadcrumbs and 1 lb. crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute onions in butter until well done.
Add the following, blending after each addition: crabmeat, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic and egg.
Cook until mixture is thick and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add pimento and seasonings.
Stuff crab shells. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
