Stuffed Cheese Shells
Stuffed Cheese Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 containers (15 oz. each) ricotta cheese, 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In medium bowl combine eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell.
Arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 servings.
