Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped, 1 1/2 c. cooked rice and large cabbage leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil cabbage leaves for about 3 or 4 minutes.
Remove from water and drain.
Add remaining ingredients together except tomato soup, lemon juice and sugar.
Spread leaves out and spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons mixture on each leaf.
Roll up and tuck ends inwards. Arrange in large casserole dish.
Mix soup, lemon juice and sugar. Pour evenly over each roll.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour or until done.
