Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium head cabbage, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. milk, 1 small onion, chopped and 1/8 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Parboil cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Separate leaves and set aside, using 20 leaves.
Mix beef, milk, onion, garlic salt, rice, egg, 1/2 can tomato paste, salt and pepper. Place small cabbage leaf in large leaf.
Place 1/3 cup meat mixture in center of small leaf.
Roll both leaves around meat. Fasten with toothpicks.
Combine remaining ingredients; bring to boil.
Add cabbage rolls.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Yield
10 servings.
