Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
Stuffed Cabbage Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 large cabbage leaves, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) tomato soup, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. soaked rice and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Cook cabbage leaves in salt water a few minutes to soften. Drain.
Mix all ingredients together except tomato soup.
Add to mixture 2 tablespoons soup and mix again.
Divide meat mixture into 8 equal parts.
Roll up in cabbage leaves.
Fasten with toothpick.
Place seam side down in casserole.
Cover with remaining tomato soup.
Cover and bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
