Stuffed Cabbage
Stuffed Cabbage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 heads green cabbage, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork or turkey, 1 c. minute rice and 1 large onion, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Core cabbage and steam to soften leaves.
Saute onion, garlic and green pepper before mixing with meat.
Mix together the meat, rice, seasonings, onion, pepper and garlic.
Roll meat into separate cabbage leaves.
Place in large pot.
Add water, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Cover; bring to a boil.
Turn down heat when it comes to a boil.
Put on simmer for 1 hour, or until done.
