Stuffed Bread
Stuffed Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large minced onion, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat (extra lean), 3 tbsp. parsley and 1 long loaf french bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook minced onion in oil until yellowed.
Add meat; cook until browned.
Add parsley, carrot and seasonings; cook 5 minutes.
Cut bread into 3 equal parts.
Pull out soft center of loaf; mix with meat.
Add grated onion and water.
Mix all together very well. Stuff into bread; pack in very tightly.
Put loaf into foil; bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
