Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed Bell Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 medium bell peppers, 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 egg and 1/2 c. rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut top off peppers and remove seeds.
Mix meat, onion, egg, rice, crackers, salt and pepper.
Stuff generously into each pepper.
Place into heavy saucepan with tight fitting lid.
Pour tomato sauce and 1 can of water over peppers.
Bring to boil. Cover with lid and reduce heat to low; simmer for approximately 1 hour.
