Stuffed Bell Peppers

Melt butter in a frying pan and add onions and garlic.
Fry gently until onions begin to brown.
Add sausage meat and fry gently for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together bulgur, parsley and tomatoes.
Add sausage meat mixture; season with salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 375Β°. Halve bell peppers and discard seeds.
Fill peppers with stuffing and place in a shallow baking dish.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake for 30 minutes.
