Stuffed Bell Peppers

Cook cleaned peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain. Mix all other ingredients, except 1/2 cup soup.
Stuff peppers. Stand peppers upright in a shallow baking dish.
Pour over remaining soup, mixed with 1/2 cup water.
Bake covered 45 minutes, uncovered, for 15 additional minutes at 350Β°.
