Stuffed Bell Peppers
Stuffed Bell Peppers is an easy dinner. Made with 6 bell peppers (cut tops off), 1 c. brown rice, 1 can vege burger and square jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Boil bell peppers for 20 minutes.
Boil 1 cup water and add the rice and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes.
Fry the Vege Burger and mix rice and Vege Burger.
Put square Jack cheese in bottom of each pepper.
Fill peppers with rice and burger.
Place strip of Jack cheese on top of each pepper.
Place in oven at 325Β° for 20 minutes.
Goes good with fruit salad and lima beans.
