Stuffed Acorn Squash
Stuffed Acorn Squash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 acorn squash, 1 tsp. butter, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 3/4 c. chopped apple and 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut squash in halves and remove seeds.
Place each half on a double thickness of aluminum foil.
Put teaspoon of butter and brown sugar in each half.
Add mixture of apples and walnuts.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter and wrap securely in foil.
Barbecue on grill about one hour, turning once.
Squash is done when it feels soft when touched.
