Stuff is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 2 medium potatoes, diced, 1/4 head coarsely chopped cabbage, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and 6 to 8 slices american cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place ground beef in an 11-inch stove top pan or electric skillet, pressing to cover bottom of pan.
Spread vegetables over meat.
Pour soup over mixture and place cheese slices on top.
Add salt and pepper.
Cover skillet.
Start with medium-high heat. When mixture starts to steam, turn to low and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
