Strawberry Yogurt Mold
Strawberry Yogurt Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1/2 c. sugar and 1 envelope knox gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together first 3 ingredients.
Press in 9 x 13-inch (glass) pan; save a little to sprinkle on top.
In saucepan, heat sugar, water and gelatin just until dissolved.
Mix in sour cream, yogurt and vanilla.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in Cool Whip and fruit.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Top with whole berries. (You may use peaches or blueberry yogurt.)
