Mix first 3 ingredients and chill.
Add 12 ounce Cool Whip to pudding mixture after chilling.
Layer starting with pudding mix, angel food cake, strawberries (frozen and fresh) and end with pudding mix.
If not enough pudding mix, top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
