Strawberry Torte
Strawberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg white, 1 c. sugar, 3/4 c. crushed saltines, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar, crackers, nuts and vanilla and blend well.
Grease a 9 X 13 pan.
Spread mixture in pan and bake at 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool, Clean and slice strawberries fold into cool whip and spread over cooled crust.
Garnish with a few slices of strawberry.
