Strawberry Torte
Strawberry Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 c. sugar, 16 buttery crackers, crushed and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Beat egg whites until almost stiff.
Slowly beat in 1/2 cup of sugar and add vanilla.
Mix together cracker crumbs, chopped pecans and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Fold in stiff egg whites gently.
Put in a 10-inch greased pie tin and bake at 325Β° for 30 to 40 minutes. Take from oven and cool.
