Strawberry Sweetheart Salad
Strawberry Sweetheart Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/4 lb. miniature marshmallows, 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir cream cheese and mayonnaise until well blended.
Add marshmallows, strawberries, pecans, pineapple and food coloring; blend well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 1 quart mold until firm.
Unmold on bed of lettuce and garnish with whole strawberries.
