Strawberry Surprise Cheese Cake
Strawberry Surprise Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 c. large curd cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. sour cream and 1 pkg. frozen strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Soften cheese to room temperature. Press cottage cheese through a sieve or food processor.
Using mixer, mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and salt.
Prepare frosting mix as directed.
Add frosting mix to cheeses, blending well.
Add 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind.
Pour into prepared crust and bake 35 minutes.
Upon removal from oven, carefully spread surface with sour cream.
Cool to room temperature.
Chill and serve with crushed strawberries on top.
