Strawberry Supreme
Strawberry Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello and 1 1/2 c. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve 1 package jello in 1 cup boiling water; add frozen strawberries and stir until berries separate and gelatin is slightly thickened.
Pour into a 5-cup mold; chill until set but not firm.
Meanwhile, dissolve 1 strawberry jello in 1 cup boiling water.
Add vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls; stir until ice cream melts.
Spoon into mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
