Strawberry Sour Cream Salad
Strawberry Sour Cream Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 small pkg. strawberry jello, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained and 2 large bananas, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve jello in water; add berries, pineapple, banana and nuts.
Pour half of mixture into 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Let congeal leaving rest of mixture at room temperature.
Spoon sour cream over set gelatin, then pour remaining gelatin on top; chill.
