Strawberry Sour Cream Jello
Strawberry Sour Cream Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed, 2 medium bananas, mashed and 1 c. chopped nuts (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add all ingredients, except the sour cream.
Pour 1/2 the mixture into a cake pan (8 x 8-inch).
Let chill for 1 hour.
Spread sour cream over the gelatin.
Spoon remaining mixture over the top.
Chill.
