Strawberry Soup
Strawberry Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen strawberries, sugar or sweetener to taste, 1 c. sweet rose wine and 2 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Place strawberries in blender with sugar or sweetener.
Blend until smooth.
Add wine and blend.
Remove strawberry mixture to large bowl.
Whip two egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into strawberries.
Store in refrigerator.
Serve in wide mouth champagne glass.
