Cut cake in half and tear one portion into small pieces. Spread pieces evenly in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Soften cream cheese. Mix Dream Whip as directed on package.
Add sugar and softened cream cheese to Dream Whip and mix well.
Spread the mixture over the pieces of broken cake.
