Strawberry Shortcut Cake
Strawberry Shortcut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored jello, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Generously grease bottom only of 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.
Thoroughly combine thawed strawberries and syrup with dry gelatin and set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat 3 minutes at medium.
Pour batter evenly over marshmallows and spoon strawberry mixture over batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.
