Strawberry Shortcut Cake
Strawberry Shortcut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 2 c. (two 10 oz. pkg.) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed completely, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin, 2 1/4 c. flour and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Generously grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over bottom of pan.
Thoroughly combine berries and dry gelatin.
Set aside.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Blend at low speed until moistened, 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter evenly into pan.
Spoon berry mixture over batter. Bake in 350Β° oven 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve warm with Cool Whip, ice cream or whipped cream.
