Strawberry Salad Mold
Strawberry Salad Mold is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries in juice, 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple in juice and 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream, at room temperature, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add frozen strawberries, including juice.
To help fruit thaw, cut through the blocks.
Add pineapple and juice.
Work quickly before mixture begins to set. Pour 1/2 of the mixture into a 13 x 7 x 2-inch flat container. Spread sour cream on top.
Add remainder of gelatin mixture as a third layer.
Refrigerate for gelatin to set.
