Strawberry Salad
Strawberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. mashed bananas, 1 c. chopped nuts and 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In medium bowl combine jello and boiling water.
Stir with rubber spatula until jello is completely dissolved. Cool.
Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple to jello; stir to combine.
Divide in half.
Pour half the jello mixture into 12 x 8-inch pan; refrigerate until set.
Keep remaining jello at room temperature.
Spread sour cream evenly over set jello in pan. Pour on remaining jello.
Cover and refrigerate.
