Strawberry Salad
Strawberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 2 pkg. strawberry jello, 10 oz. frozen strawberries, 1/2 c. chopped pecans and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Add boiling water to jello and stir until dissolved.
Add frozen strawberries immediately and mix gently.
Chill until slightly congealed.
Add pineapple and nuts; mix well.
Put 1/2 of mixture into lightly oiled 9-inch pan.
Chill slightly.
Fold sour cream into remaining mixture and pour carefully into chilled mixture.
