Strawberry-Rhubarb-Pineapple Jam
Strawberry-Rhubarb-Pineapple Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces, 1 c. drained crushed pineapple, 4 c. sugar and 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In big pan, mix rhubarb, drained pineapple and sugar.
Let set 30 minutes.
Bring slowly to a boil and cook for 12 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add strawberry jello. Stir until dissolved.
Pour into hot sterilized jars and top with melted paraffin.
Label and store.
