Strawberry-Rhubarb Cake
Strawberry-Rhubarb Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sliced rhubarb, 1 c. sugar, 3 c. small marshmallows, 1 yellow cake mix and 1 (3 oz.) strawberry jell-o, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Layer in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured cake pan, Rhubarb, Jell-O, sugar and marshmallows.
Make the yellow cake mix as directed on package.
Pour over top of rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool slightly and turn upside down on platter.
