Strawberry Pudding
Strawberry Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pt. strawberries, 1 small container sour cream, 1 large cool whip, sugar (optional) and 1 pkg. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Rinse strawberries, cut off green stems; put aside.
Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and Cool Whip until smooth (some lumps may remain if cream cheese is not room temperature).
In large dessert bowl, layer vanilla wafers in the bottom, glaze, Cool Whip mixture and top with strawberries and cookies.
Repeat steps, the top should end up with strawberries on top and around the bowl.
Sprinkle sugar on strawberries if desired.
