Strawberry-Pretzel Salad
Strawberry-Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Put crushed pretzels in bottom of pan.
Mix cream cheese and dry jello together in mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup of strawberries to mixture and mix until strawberries are mashed.
Add sour cream and mayonnaise.
"Add only enough to make mixture firm, not runny." Put the rest of the strawberries in mixture.
Save some for garnish.
Spread mixture over pretzels.
Chill for several hours.
