Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Strawberry Pretzel Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pretzels, crushed, 3/4 c. margarine, melted, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 large pkg. strawberry jell-o and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together pretzels, margarine and sugar.
Press into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 400Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not overbake! Mix Jell-O, boiling water and strawberries.
Stir until dissolved.
Place in refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes.
Mix cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread over pretzel mixture.
Pour cooled Jell-O on top and refrigerate.
Let set 4 to 5 hours before serving.
